It seems the problem is with the donation voice you are using. But PM'd you.

I do not use your bot to donate after the bot remove and reinstall it still crash .

Okay, so try opening deepbot as admin (Right Click deepbot icon on your desktop or where you open it from>Run As Admin Option) It may crash again, but that is alright. Then Go run the update.exe as admin. If it hangs again, just repeat the process one more time.

If this all fails and doesn't work, I will PM you the download link of the newest version, and you can install it. I would however recommend, backing up these files:

All DeepBot user data is saved in the below files:

users.bin
usersconfig.bin
chanmsgconfig.bin
DeepBot.s3

Then when you install the new version of deepbot, you put these four files in your data folder of deepbot.
