Help/Support / So... I reinstalled deepbot

I reinstalled deepbot and proceeded to get this http://gyazo.com/f2628572051a9c216b7ca7dd54f65369 when attempting to open it. I placed the data files over it again to replace the new with the old. It wouldnt update in admin mode.....

Since I am not getting any luck with my deepbot crashing before I can get an answer, What is the files that I need to save before I reinstall deepbot yet again because it will not update even in admin mode?

This is happening with me and as soon as I try to update in admin mode, it says stopping deepbot when I do not even have it open then extracting files, moving files and then wrapping up nothing more. I have tried this update fix in normal and admin mode and it will not update. Any ideas?

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) Brigadebot
Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Dont really have a set schedule due to work
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? no
Average number of users on your channel? Workin on growing my channel but varies depending on the game
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. none
