Help/Support / Automatic Subscription didnt get added to my DeepBot Account

I am not sure wether this has been am istake on my part or an bug on youirs but my monthly subscription for DeepBot has been funded from my paypal, however the actually VIP on the DeepBot itself did not get extended with a month.
