1. Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
 - For the past few weeks, I have noticed DeepBot in use in CoC channels such as MONSTERDFACE and Cr4zyDoc. Also researched on YouTube and followed the detailed tutorial of Arctomian's channel.

2. Your stream name?
- FlippersMC

3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)
- BotFlippers

4. Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
Monday - Friday: 9:30PM -12PM PST (Currently in schooling, times MAY vary at times)
Saturday/Sunday: 2:00PM - 5:30PM & 9:30PM - 1:00PM

5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
- Not currently.

6. Average number of users on your channel?
- 15 - 30. (Note: As an upcoming and determined streamer, this number will increase soon enough.)

7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
- No, I currently use Nightbot.
