I get only a white box after I log in and the private browser does not change that.

So I realized to late that my bot was associated with an e-mail I no longer have access to, with the twitch security breach I can not reset my old bot account.   I made a new bot account but I need that linked to my VIP account.  Whom should I contact to get this changed?

New Bot: Alvis_bot

Is there a file I need to move from my Deepbot on my current PC to the Deepbot on my new PC that contains the information like stream points and VIP status and such?

Help/Support / "Not in Beta" error

I have the program and purchased the beta access but when I was trying to migrate my deepbot to my new stream rig it suddenly told me I wasn't in beta and my stream does not have access to closed beta.  What is wrong here?

Streamer Introductions / SPACE!

Heya, my name is Bzerker01 AKA Paul Shelley and I stream exclusively space games at the moment.  My go to daily game is Star Citizen, though on Mondays I do stream Mechwarrior Online and on Fridays I do stream Kerbal Space Program. 

I'm just starting out with streaming regularly and constantly but I am really enjoying it, though unfortunately most of my fans are in Europe while I am in the US.  The more folks who are interested in joining me on my epic space adventures the better!  I also am participating in something I think more streamers should try called "Star Fitizen" where the streamer will do exercises for follows, dontations, subs, ect.  Its a great way to interact with an audience and a fun way to break up streams with something other than grind.

If you like space, explosions, dogfighting, and giant stompy robots come by check me out 1 AM - 5 AM GMT, that's 8 PM - 12 AM EST.  Hope to see you there!

8-20, Higher during the weekends

7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
I do but I don't know if you can migrate from Twitchbot as it is sort of new and smaller.
