I just subscribed. So I got an email saying I setup a plan for $5 a month that will continue on feb. 11th. So will I need to message on here every month to remind you to reactivate or is it automatic?

I just installed windows 8 and have deepbot working with other things. The only problem i am having is the chat overlay will not work. it says the thing about it connecting and then it doesnt show anything from the chat (when I chat from deepbot or from my stream's chat)

I have external chat checked (I can't even uncheck it actually). Any ideas how to fix it?

I would like to be able to give new users a certain number of points when they first enter the channel, say 100 for example, so they can start to play in the betting rounds we have on the stream immediately. So I would like to see a feature where when a user enters the channel for the first time, a points value can be assigned to them. Thanks!

Bug Reports / Follower and donation alert sounds

When my follower alert or donation alert comes up in preview mode or in the regular stream, it only plays the first half second or so of the audio. Is the audio file supposed to be a specific file type? I have a 10 second mp3

I have created some images for my donation and follower alerts. Can you please help me with the css and stuff? I am hoping to have the text from the follower/donation be white with a thick black outline. If that is not possible, just black text would work. I want the text to show next to the diamond on the white rectangle. Thank you for your help!

I am really struggling with adding chat to the stream in obs. I was able to do it with nightdev and for some reason I struggle here. Can someone please point me in the right direction fordoing this? Thank you
