Hey guys. I have been paying for many months of VIP and I haven't even used deep bot in many months. I keep getting charged and I cant find anywhere on the website to cancel it. I only see options to extend VIP not cancel it. Help.

Help/Support / Deepbot Deleted From PC, Can I Get Data Back?

Hey guys! So my computer had a full wipe. I had to download everything again including deepbot. When I re-downloaded it all of my old stuff is gone. Amount of points per minute, amount of points each person has and hours that they have watched. They all really enjoyed those stats. Is there any way to recover this information or is it lost? Thanks.

Hey I had this exact same problem, but when I try to create my bot accounts name on twitch the name is already taken.
