ok this is the second time that Deepbot has crashed and in the process Lost all my users points and VIP status'  The first time I thought it was all kept here on a cloud  the second time I had backed up the complete folder daily and even when i restored it they were lost .. Any Idea how to fix this.  My viewers are not happy and at LEAST let me back that up somehow!!

3.Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)  mister2245 (don't 100% understand But I do have this extra account
4.Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Not made one yet
5.Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
6.Average number of users on your channel? just starting so only about 5
7.Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. no
