Help/Support / display "hours watched" on sub

I checked the wiki and tried to add the @hours@ line to the channel message that triggers when someone subscribes, however it doesn't appear to be working.

x has just subscribed to the stream! @hours@ @counter@

Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible?
