I put in the wrong thing for stream I put in my group stream not my personal stream. I never used deepbot on that stream. Is it possible to transfer my deepbot to Maxamis007?

I paid 2 months ago to get deepbot and posted but haven't gotten a response yet is there something wrong with my post?
