To run the bot as admin, instead of double clicking it, you right click>run as admin (Fixes most common problems.)

What is your default browser --> Chrome
What windows are you --> windows 7
Running the bot as admin --> running the bot as admin?

i thought it could be a nice feature to have stuff like timeout or permit link added to the bot kinda the way nightbot have it.
it does that i dont need more then one bot in channel and twitch by default times you out for 10min.
adding a permit command so a mod can permit ppl to do links
