Feature Requests / Custom greetings trigger on first chat

Would it be possible to integrate the greeting upon first chat option that is available to new and regular viewers into custom greetings?

It is nice to grant custom greetings to friends but that doesn't mean that they are always willing to be active in chat. If they would prefer to lurk, the custom greeting calls their presence out and that is always against my wishes. A middle ground between the two would be a nice touch to the bot, I believe.

There appears to be a bug where DeepBot recognizes all users as returning viewers even when they are not in the user database, thus spitting out the Welcome Back message and not the First Time Viewer.

Am I mistaken or is this an issue that everyone is seeing?

1. I have spent the past few days researching the various bots available to streamers and having looked into DeepBot and a few others, it was clear that, even in beta, this program is superior and will only improve with time.
2. Bt9D is our Twitch name, short for By the Nine Designs. You can find us on most social media by one of the two names.
3. We do not currently have a Bot Account set up, but if required we can have one created.
4. We stream most evenings during the week from 6 - 11 P.M. EST. We may appear on-stream anytime during the weekends.
