Bug Reports / wont stay connected

i read on here of someone having a similar issues as me, the deepbot will connect for 2 minutes when first opened then i will be disconnected, i uninstalled deepbot, where can i download the app again or can someone please send me a link to download it again, if this continues what may be the issue?

as you know we had to refresh passwords recently for twitch, my channel is twitch.tv/skillsonthestixx and my bot was named Skills_bot , i cannot however gain access to that account to change my password and so my stream key is still invalid for deepbot, can you please find my account on your database and make Sir_Skills the new bot for my account please!!>? srry for the inconvenience! thank you soo much!

a follower goal is nice but im talking about showing a list of actual usernames scrolling at the top of my stream, also my bot used to welcome new followers before but idk why it stopped

  OK SO I CANT GET MY BOT TO WELCOME NEW PEOPLE WHEN THEY FOLLOW, how can i do that? also, i was wondering if deepbot offered a follower tracker for your stream? iof not you guys should definitely develop one, tnotifier's is super glitchty and so is the twitch alert one, so thanks for reading and if you could tell me how to set up the follower tracker if you do offer it just let me know, please! THANKS:)

my email is skillsonthestixx@gmail.com and I donated 10$ via PayPal 3 days ago. I didn't know I also had to fill this out before receiving deep bot so here I am,
1.I heard about deepbbot from a 2k stream named troydan
2. my stream name is Skillsonthestixx
3 bit name is skills_bot
4. Monday-sunday 5pm pacific-11 pacific/ even more if I have the day off
5 fairly close I get 150-200 views but not yet
6150-200 sometimes up to 400
