Bug Reports / Ranks not working?

After the update my custom ranks haven't been working at all, and I already paid for the month. The viewers can't check their ranks on my chat and when I check their rankings on the user database it's back to the original deepbot military ranks. Do you know how I can fix this or if I didn't pay enough monthly?

Is it possible for viewers to spend their points to purchase rankings or is watching hour the only way to rank up? It would be nice to see a way for donators to buy points or other events and spend their points to purchase ranks instead of just watching hours.

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Starting usually 6-8 pm PST (Stream Time AVG: 6-10 HRS)
Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
Currently not but I feel like we are getting close!
Average number of users on your channel?
Very solid 25-30 Viewers and rising!
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
Never used a existing points system before, but very excited to try DeepBot out!
