Help/Support / Changed Twitch Name, lost access to Deepbot

Hey Deepbot Support, I changed my Twitch name a while back from iTz_Goose to QuackyCracks (my bot is still peepzbot)

Is there a way to change my stream name or do I need to purchase beta access again?

Current Stream Name: iTz_Goose
Current Bot Name: peepzbot

New Stream Name: QuackyCracks

Hey DeepBot community, for some reason I always get this message when I go to the Music tab:

When I click on "Get the latest Flash Player" I get this:

When I had DeepBot on my computer in the past, it never had this issue.

Average number of users on your channel? 10-20
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? Yes, Ultimate Twitch Bot (if possible)
