Help/Support / Donations not showing up or adding to the database

Hey guys.
Tonight, for the first night ever donations weren't showing up or adding to the database.

I had a load of donations but none showed up, or were recorded in the database.
This only started happening with the latest update.

I have also noticed that some users are not gaining points while watching, while others are.
