Ah you are right kind sir, all my custom ranking is gone and I thought it was because of the vip going away, I updated recently, do I need to do something to get my custom ranking back or is it lost?

I started auto donations of 5 dollars every month last month and somehow managed to lose my vip status today, Would appreciate it getting fixed as I saw the donation go out through paypal recently and know that that payment has been made!

Simply said, I have lost the download for deepbot and I need to install it on a secondary computer so I can use it for my stream, I have had internet issues and have moved over to my aunt's to stream successfully, would really appreciate a response asap!
