Feature Requests / Command pull from text file

I use FooBar2000 for listening to music. I have it set to put name/title of song to a text file to display on screen. I think it would be neat if a command could pull info from a text file you set it to. This could have a multitude of functions

2 things I am currently still using another bot for
Show what game a streamer was last playing when doing a caster command.
Second thing is the option to have a custom sound played when a certain command is issued by a mod. I have one for a mod that says "notice me senpai" everytime she comes into the stream. Also plain on it being an option for having mods troll me every now and again during scary games that plays a scream.
Anyways, thank you in advanced if these get added!!!

Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
Average number of users on your channel? I average around 10 viewers, sometimes 15
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? No I do not, I want to set one up
