Feature Requests / Channel Commands based on Conditions

Just was chatting in streamer support and had an idea so thought I would post here and see if it gets support.
Question was along the lines of the below
- Is it possible for a channel command (i.e. !hours) to check how long someone has been in your channel (via @hours@) and if this is over a certain amount (i.e. 5 hours) respond with something along the lines of "Thank-you for being a regular to my channel, you are eligable to participate in my giveaways" but if the hours spent in channel is less than 5 respond with something along the lines of "Thanks for your initial support, please contiune to come to my channel and you will soon be eligable for my giveaway"
Just an idea... I know it is not available currently but perhaps something to be added for the future?
