Hi, I have tried all I can to do this myself via the link you have given in several other similar posts.

I am looking to change the main username and bot username linked to my account

old account main - randomscottishgamer
old account bot - RSGBOT

new account main - Generic_Streamer
new account bot - Generic__Bot

Just wondering how long it is going to take for a reply, I know it says 24 -48 hours, but I've seen users in the forum saying they have been waiting a while.
I'd really like to have access asap, like the title suggests I have paid the $10 donation.

    Is your stream partnered with Twitch? no
    Average number of users on your channel? 20-70
    Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Yes, Modbot
