I had Deepbot and for some reason it won't let me connect to cloud servers (I think I missed some updates), I tried redownloading but didn't work. I would really like to get this up and running again.

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Had a bunch of happenings lately but as of late, at least once a day and I stream for about 2-3 hours
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not yet
Average number of users on your channel? Lately 10-15
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Loot (deepbot)
