Hello,

I am having serious trouble withloyalty points : I have enabled and set a curency, some people receive points but many receive nothing no matter what !

How can I fix this ?

My Chanel on Twitch is Saumon123
My Bot is SaumonBot

Hello i have the some issue : but it is only because the name of the bot Was not satisfying and I wish to change it even of the Stream does not change

Old Bot: TesteurDeCo
Old Stream: Saumon123

New Bot: SaumonBot
New Stream: Saumon123
