Help/Support / Connection error?

Hey guys!

I've had a problem loaded up DeepBot for the past couple weeks:

It crashes during the "connecting to cloud services" phase, and pops up with an error report saying I should submit a certain txt file to yall.

Was there an update I might have missed?  I get the feeling that might be the case.

Hello!  I was hoping to get DeepBot as a valentines gift for my girlfriend <3

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
Several Clash of Clans (Pinworms666, Tinyxdestiny, crazydoc, etc...) I watch use it!

Nearly daily, usually starts after work, around 3:30 and lasts for 2 or more hours, depending on content.

Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
Not yet.

Average number of users on your channel?
"Average" would be 25-30.  It fluctuates, sometimes its as low as 15, sometimes she holds a stable 70+.

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot?
Nope, the stable point system is why I chose deepbot!
