Help/Support / My deepbot just stopped working

My Bot just started disconnecting after I connected it... I believe it has to do with my VIP Status but even then, HOW do I subscribe so this doesnt happen? Pls help, ill subscribe. I just want it to be working ASAP.

I was planning on using the Bot name "iPKbot" but it seems that name was already taken /:

Is there any way to move the permissions or access to the bot to my new account "iPunchBot" ? Please and thank you I just got this today and I was really excited to use it. /:
