Just to clarify,
I have 2 installs.
1 is fresh install
1 is pre this error.
DNS Flushed with DB closed.
hosts file updated as admin
Removed all entries of C++ and reinstalled to latest versions.
Accls on files give 100% full permissions.
Still getting the same error on my home PC (UK) and on my server in the Netherlands.

Under Chat tab tick "Hide ! Cmds", this will reduce the load on the BOT from processing them visually. Bot only crashes a few times since I have done that.
