Help/Support / cant log in streamer chat

deepbot is running fine and whatnot, everything works fine expect streamer chat. it keeps saying connect Streamer Login to chat with other Deepbot users?... what the heck is going on and i did run deepbt as n

1.) find it after learned about moobot from google search

4.) Mon-Fri 1apm-10pm EST (Will stream a lot more once I have a giveaway system in place)
5.) No.
6.) 5-30 per stream at the moment.
7.) I currently don't have a bot.

i donation 10 dollar the second i saw this thread

System Edit : Incorrect bot account.Please provide a valid twitch account that the bot will use to connect to twitch servers with. This can't be the same account as the stream account.
