1 - Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
My friend tell me about DeepBot, and i like! He is streamer iamkado
2 - Your stream name?
www.twitch.tv/lemonoob
3 - Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)

4 - Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
Sunday - Saturday - about 5h-7h of stream a day. 9am-12pm Brazilian time.
5 - Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
Yes
6 - Average number of users on your channel?
about 100-200 views
7 - Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
