Help/Support / Still getting charged double every month

For the past 3 months I have been getting double charged for my deepbot vip. I spent hours last month on emails to prevent this from happening again and yet I'm still getting charged twice. I have already spent more time on this than I want to. It needs to be fixed and I want a credit for the 3 months I've been double paying.

my error is a bit different. my bot us saying my account doesn't exist. it started after i did the most recent update. it lets me log into this account (my old account) but it will not let me log into the account i had the bot transferred over to (twitch.tv/jennicidal login name jennicidal).

It has been working fine all month and only encountered this problem in the last hour as i updated the bot.
