I need to cancel my subscription at this time.

I have been in the process of moving across state and have not been able to stream.
This said I attempted at the beginning of this process to suspend or cancel my VIP subscription at this time.

However the charges continue, and have thrown me into overdraft charges in my bank account which I use for streaming.
What should have been canceled has lead toward two charges of 5.00 that ended up costing me a years worth of the deepbot service. 

I have been a loyal user of deepbot since I found it in 2015, having this issue is disheartening. 
Please suspend recurring payments, on my account or make a button to do so.

Any news on this? I currently use OBS Studio its been a while since my last stream. I'm updating my overlays, scenes and things and intend on doing some things that this would have an effect on.

Any news or updates on this would be great.

I would love to be able to set it so that when a song is requested or when a user types in !song to find out the current song the bot whispers it to them rather then posts it directly in chat.

Help/Support / Can not Change or edit any Master Settings

upon trying to save any changes or no changes at all on the "Master Settings" in the config tab a pop up arises stating the following

"User Rank config incorrect for Rank 2. Next ranks requirement needs to be higher than previous rank."

Any help would be nice in resolving this issue.

My old hard drive became faulty and no longer works. So I've had to replace it, and need a new download link to re-install.
