1.Where did you hear about DeepBot from? I was told be a fellow streamer about the Deepbot 
2.Your stream name?--- my stream name is E_N_T
3.Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)--- My twitch bot name is MR_raffle
4.Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]--- Everyday from 4pm to 10pm and days off earlier.
5.Is your stream partnered with Twitch?----- im not partnered with twitch
6.Average number of users on your channel?----- 10 to 25 people at any given time
7.Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. -------- Im using the modbot program for collecting stream currency.
