I know this may be repetitious , but this happened to me earlier in the week after I updated it . It didnt have any of my commands saved except for some timed ones and suddenly , started spamming the timed messages.
I had to turn those off completely.. it was kind of embarrassing , but the viewers thought it was comical. 
Since then, I saved a document with all of my commands in case this happens again.

Have you tried running a search for the file?
If you have it installed , then there should be a folder saved to your Program Files/86* .

        3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) NinasBot
        4. Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]  Thursday- Sunday Generally 1PM - 10PM EST
        5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch? NOo , but that is my goal
        6. Average number of users on your channel?10 + during stream
        7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.  No
