Feature Requests / Custom Music Commands?

Could the music related commands be allowed to be edited?  I prefer to shorten them like I had with other bots.  If I could make the requestsong command be !rs or !sr that would be great.

Is there anyway to only recognize people viewing the stream and not just sitting in chat trying to get points?  A lot of times I have double the number of chatters compared to viewers because they paused the video and are just sitting in chat to get points.
