Bug Reports / Won't connect to chat properly.

So, it's not my stream, but on twitch.tv/idle1602 his bot will not respond when commands are given in chat most of the time. For some users it works fine, for others, it will not register. As far as I know they're still earning their currency, but the commands aren't working.
