Because if you  did, and the playlist was requested by your old name, that would be why.

Hello. Like title say what i want to ask.

More than 1year using Deepbot and love it because i always run my song playlist BUT when someone request a song it's always OR WAS always the next song.

Now that requested or ANY song goes to the end OF MY LIST.

I got more then 300 songs in the playlist. Soo what did you guys changed in the last patch?

As the title says, i got a playlist running and when a viewer request a song it will go to the top to play after the one is playing in the moment.

Problem since last patch that is not happening, it's simple going to the END of the playlist (my playlist not other viewers requests)

It's only since last patch that this is happening.

We actually tried to solve this issue the other day with someone that had a similar issue and a clean install didn't actually solve the issue. It was something to do with a combination of Windows 10 and Deepbot's files. You can test this yourself by;

  • Navigate to the folder where you installed Deepbot
  • Go to the Data folder
  • Copy all those files out of the folder to somewhere else then delete the files in the Data folder
  • Open Deepbot and try and sound

If this lowers the sounds, we've possibly pinpointed the issue to either the Deepbot.s3 file or the userconfig.bin file. We somehow fixed it by copying one file out and letting it generating a new one. Either way, the fix made no sense and made both me and Ian gain very confused faces.

For a clean install and to keep everything follow the instructions above but just copy them in after reinstalling Deepbot.

Sorry to reply soo late, only today could the tests. It's the userconfig.bin file. I try only Deepbot.s3 and it didn't work. Soo now you know the real problem is in userconfig.bin file.

I did all new again. Hope next patch's come clean :D it was damm work with 20+ sounds lol

Hello.

Like title say, i want to try a clean install BUT have everything that i have. Timed messages, my sounds and commands.

This is because since last update i can't use my sounds since they have 2x the volume and i moving that new volume bar to like 5% makes no diference.

Hello, the new update for ability of volume in command sounds i cant controll it. I needed to turn it off because it's WAY TOO LOUD.

I put on 5% the volume on the command and even soo its MAX VOLUME.

I try change the volume on diferent ones and even restart the bot but its same thing. LOUD as hell.

You close your bot, then go to your DeepBot folder. Open the BackupManager.exe. Once open select what you want to backup, i assume it's your Channel Commands. Then select a date before you deleted your timed messages. Click on that file. Then press "Restore Selected Backup".

Sorry for late response. Thank you soo much, i didn't know such tool exist :D yeh i backup Channel Commands and it worked for my Timed Messages deleted :D

Hello.

I was deleting some timed messages and then i select all to click Enable BUT i clicked DELETE and no message to confirm or anything made me screw it.

I still didnt touch anything or closed DeepBot because im afraid it would "save" maybe?

Is there a way to get my timed messages back? It was some and i forgot what was on them.
