Help/Support / i cant get my notifications to come up on OBS

they come up at the bottom with a new follower but they do not come up on screen, i followed the directions and it still does not work, maybe im over looking something but im not sure, i get the notification at the bottom of the screen just does not appear on OBS so they can see it. Can someone pls tell me what they think the issue is or if someone else has had this happen to them

I stay connected only for a few seconds then it keeps kicking me off, i have several ip addresses i could use including the  irc.twitch.tv ive used both ports and still the same <keeps kicking me off>  Can someone pls help me ?
