Help/Support / Disconnects, and No Streamer Chat

Hello,

I've been having a problem with my deepbot connecting to twitch for maybe a little over a week now. When it does connect to my twitch, the streamer chat in the program doesn't work properly. So, i can't type in there to ask for help. Everytime i do, i press enter and nothing shows up in the chat box but i can see other people talking.

Does anyone else have this same issue?

Hello I'm LadySwoop

I've been using Deepbot for about 3 weeks. Really loving the quality of the bot. Started streaming in August and slowly growing (almost at 2k followers). I'm an avid gamer ranging from Call of Duty to World of Warcraft.
