I opened files last night. Found an update. It then said stopping deepbot. And looked as if was updating. After it was complete. I tried opening deepbot and it says deepbot is already running. Is the update file i clicked on the same as update.exe? And is what I encountered expected? Was i suppose to restart the pc the. Try opening again? Did not attempt that due to having to be at work.

Deepbot keeps crashing when i try to open also. This has been happening for a few days now. Ive read the forums and tried solutions but still keepa crashing. I tried to avoid asking for yaws help but its came to that point. My twitch name is coreybriggs86 bots name is Hottbot. However the only thing i havent tried was update.exe because i see no option for that. Thank you for your time.

Okay. Can I just create another then besides trying to change my bot. I'm not sure you are understanding why I have tried. I've done everything accordingly and still get the same results. Not only have I tried google chrome and Internet explorer. I've tried Firefox as well. So do I need to just start all over? Or can you change it for me? I really don't want to wait another couple of days for another email. But if I have to I will. Thank you again. Corey

RepentGamingTV; having a few different issues here.
1) When trying to get Deepbot to auth to the bot account, it provides the following: http://i.imgur.com/hXUHU6D.png
2) When attempting to "Connect" to the 'donationaccess' site via Twitch Auth, it simply gives me a blank window post-login to Twitch: http://i.imgur.com/5JbfWU8.png

The account I originally registered for my Deepbot 'Bot' name was not registered before hand, and someone else had taken it.

Given the screenshot for issue #1, it looks like the bot username config on the backend is still using the old account; Can you please update the bot username from "dawgbot" to "hottbot" for my stream "coreybriggs86"?

Also when I click on the link you give to change the bot name. and connect to twitch. nothing happens. So this link will not resolve my issue.
