Help/Support / Donations not going through!

Donations are not being tracked in the notification tab and also any donations sent are not popping up on OBS.

Not changed any of my settings, tested all my usual donation popups and they work 100% fine.

Im receiving the donations, but are not showing in my chat to award points and show donation messages or triggering obs clr.

Checked my api its all set, check UTF8 all set.

I re Oauth my accounts in deepbot but still nothing.

Any eta on the fix?

hi guys, im having problems with deepbot showing all donations, over the last few weeks its failing to show 3-4 per day.

any ideas whats going on?

hi guys, im now using a stream pc which has obs and a capture card etc on it.
im running deepbot on my main gaming pc for ease of running raffles and give aways etc, the problem im having is i normally window capture the music video window, and i cant do this because deepbot is on main pc, is there a work around to do this ?
