Feature Requests / Comands with sound having more sound than the rest of the broadcast

Im streaming and all my computer sound is about 20% even in the music feature i use 20% or 10%. When a viewer uses the command with sound the sound come as 100% percent and we can't control...

I would like to have a volume sound for every different effect if possible.

Is that possible?

Hello, after i managed my User Database and altered all my subs to VIPS Silver when i try to go to config tab -> Sub Notification.

When im in sub notification i can't alter VIP Level for new subs. I wish every sub from now on comes as VIP Silver.

Help me.

Hello, and im sorry if ask something that already have been answered, i couldnt find it tho.

About Raffles, i see that Keyword Raffle has the option to include offline VIP users. But in Ticket Raffle theres no such options, can i make available for offline vip users aswel?

In the case that i use Keyword Raffle the offline users will be already participating without having to type anything before going offline?

Hello, i've been trying to use the Commercial Timer, but sometimes it just stops and stop sending advertisement for some reason. The Coutdown is just stopped and doesnt reset.
