Sorry guys, when i was doing the payment in the blank  Space "Twitch Name " i messed up and. and put the wrong twitch name "cayennthefirst"  the correct one is "Cayennethefirst".

I already saw thsi commands in another bots, and it is really helpfull.
Basically the mod/ownerd of the channel just type !permit "name" or whatever and the person permited
will be allowed to put X number of link without being timedout in the live channel.
