1. Where did you hear about DeepBot from? - Researching on Google
2. Your stream name? - SirMoosh2988
3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) - ca33r0n1
4. Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] - Weekends (5pm - 12pm) and holidays (12am - 12pm)
5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No.
6. Average number of users on your channel? 5-50 but with peaks of 110.
7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? Yes, ModBot but not essential.
