cant connect with the sofware on laptop or desktop , is it a one computer only deal ? like can the software tell if its a different computer or not

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) Commander_Bot
Your streaming schedule? Weekly Mainly after noons for about 5 hrs
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? not yet
Average number of users on your channel? 4,128 channel views and 415 followers
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? no
