Help/Support / Points got completely reset

I am not sure why but I log into my DeepBot today and all of my users have lost their points? Please let me know if there is anyway to recover their point totals

1. Heard about DeepBot from a fellow Streamer- Brekk1e.
2. AGoodBanana
3. The_banana_safe
4. Stream just about everyday from 6:30- 10:30 PM Central Time
5. Not partnered yet
6. Average number is between 25-35 Viewers at any one given time
7. Yes I would need to migrate over from ModBot.
