Name Changes / change stream name

I do believe that when you set up my server access, you used "pewt_gaming" for the stream name, and I put in the application that the stream name is "therealpewt" and now I don't have access to the closed beta. This has been a comedy of errors to even make it this far, and a 24HR wait between responses is kinda crazy. I paid the money and would just like for it to work without all the hassles.

Payment was made before I even posted the request to join in the beta. I really hope this is not how business is handled by this company.
