1.Where did you hear about DeepBot from? Several Streamers/Friends
2.Your stream name? Jaithorn24
3.Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) jaithorn24rewards
4.Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Typically Mon Tues Thurs Fri and Sat between 9am-5pm UTC (although varies sometimes)
5.Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
6.Average number of users on your channel? Average 15-25 (giveaways have seen upwards of 70 users)
7.Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. No previous bot died and wiped all files.
