Help/Support / how can i email support?

hey guys currently i had to upgrade to a newer pc do to the popularity and growth of my twitch channel. my channel is fairly large with 25k followers. everyone lost their ranks and points. how can i go about getting a log file to fix this? Thanks so much guys

5) Average number of users on your channel. 200-400 i have 8,500 followers

6) Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? No
