Bug Reports / About had it with deepbot.

Okay just subscribed to deepbot so I could use the vip chat popout feature. It does not work I get Apologies, but the page you requested cound not be found,. Perhaps searching will help. It worked somewhat the first few days minus once chat made it to bottom of the webpage it would not scroll chat would go off the page. I have have multiple issues with deepbot that have yet to be resolved.

Cannot chat in deepbot chat tab if streamer is logged in and the bot is logged in I can only chat if streamer is logged out, which means if streamer is logged out I cant chat in Streamer chat and ask for help live etc. I have requested help on this and none of the  usual fixes work ie re-installed next framework etc. My virus protection is not the problem already troubleshot that issue. So as of right now I am paying for VIP feature I cannot use. I am struggling to answer the question to myself why am I staying with deepbot if I am paying and cannot use all the feature. I get little frustrated when I place my issues in the forums and the same old fixes are suggested. None of them work by they way I have even attached screenshots. So I ask one last time can someone help me get all the features I am donating and paying for to use to work with my bot. If not I must move on to something else I have been patient over 3 months with some of these issues but I need resolution.

Just disconnnected streamer and left just the bot connected to deepbot. Chat works if i type in the chat tab. Steamer chat does not. Also my other question is external chat or the chat pop out only a vip feature because that is grayed out.

Chat works right after my channel bot connects. Once my streamer account connect chats stops working immediatelyl? No clue here.

Reauth streamer and bot account still no go. Tried different servers, anti virus and windows firewall exceptions and firewalls rules set to allow for deepbot. What else. Do I need to port forward. Everything else works just fine. I just cant type in my own chat tab or streamer chat. In streamer chat only periodically do I even see chat its usually just all blank and does not allow me to type and send on that tab either.

okay I am not the only one this has happened to I see on forums others. What else can I really do I will try one last time to reauth my bot.

Funny thing I can chat for about the first 10 seconds after I connect to deepbot than it stops working

I have tried that before yes, not this time. Not sure how that would effect me being able to type in deepbot chat window or streamer window.

I am running into a similiar problem as I had with deepbot as before. I cannot chat in my chat tab on deepbot. I can chat in my stream using twitch dashboard but not the deepbot chat tab. I see the chat but it does not allow me to type or send text etc. Also I cannot do the same in the Streamer Chat tab. I had  these issues before and reinstalled deepbot and fixed the issue. I do not wish to go through same process for the 3rd time. It forces me even after i back up my deepbot to go back and edit every Command/sound again.

I have disabled and made exception for deepbot on my anti virus software.

I cannot pop out the chat either is this a vip only feature. It does allow me to hide chat commands in the check box but that is it.

Guess I am going to have to use system restore. Really starting to wonder if its time to move on and leave  deepbot behind. I really enjoyed the program.

OMG I am running as admin. I have anti virus disabled I have my flash player enabled. Sorry for the frustration, but none of those are currently the issues.

I had these same type issues about 3 days ago I could not even log into deepbot.

I jumped through hurdles frustrated so i just did a clean install of windows 10 and deepbot still would not connect. So i reauthed my bot and changed password for the 7th time than finally after another day of waiting it started working.

My point is it worked perfectly last 5 days since reformatting my pc. No hardware or software changes made on my end just streaming and playing games.

Prior to the last issues again the bot worked flawless the night prior than it just decieded it would not connect.

Can we move past the anti virus and flash player thing oh and by the way I just freshly rebooting my pc as well.

Nope new server.

Youtube videos do not load the playlist populates and does not try and load the video in the player. Anti virus was disabled for that run.

Cannot Chat in chat tab to my own channel. I can type hit enter nothing displays in the chat or my channel.

Cannot Chat in Streamer chat Same as above.

Not sure if we going in right direction here. How does the player effect the fact that i cannot chat in Streamer chat or my chat tab either. I right click on player and all I see is view source and print.

I am going to try a diffrent twitch server as well.
