Help/Support / Cant connect my deepbot in app

I cant seem to connect my deepbot to my channel via the app. I know my bots name, i know my streamer name & passwords etc but I still get a notification that I'm not logging in correctly. Please help.

Help/Support / Loyalty points/currency not working

For some reason my loyalty points are not working. My bot is already running as an administrator. The loyalty points have worked before and now they are not. Has anyone had this issue and or may someone perhaps give me advice? Thanks.

Where did you hear about DeepBot from? My Friend that streams as well on Twitch.

Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No.
Average number of users on your channel? 10
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. NO. I did pay the donation fee.
