1. Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
Followers In my Stream requested I use "Deepbot" to assist my stream!
2. Your stream name?
twitch.tv/MedicatedMind
3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)

7 days a week Aprox. 50hrs per Week
5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
Not Currently, I will be applying in the near future!
6. Average number of users on your channel?
aprox. 30 viewers
7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
