Help/Support / Computer Crashed and Lost all Points

My laptop crashed this morning, and erased everything on my computer including the OS and all backups. Are the points in the bot backed up on a server anywhere I can sync it with or anything like that or am I just out of luck in recovering everyones balance?

Your stream name?
KRAZY_soulzz

Twitch bot account name?
Soulzz_bot

Your streaming schedule?
 7 days a week. Usually from around 10pm-4am CST. I also additionally stream other random times throughout the day.
Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
Not currently. Aiming for 3-4 months to be partnered.

Average number of users on your channel?
Usually average 15-20 viewers so far but rapidly growing. Sometimes peak around 35 or 40.

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot?
Yes. I need to transfer my point system from Ultimate Twitch Bot if that is possible.
